Our Approach
Not a fixed menu — what your body needs now.
At ZEN PHYSIO STRETCH, we do not apply a fixed menu to everyone. Instead, we build each session around how your body feels that day.
We listen
We ask about your current concerns, lifestyle, past injuries, chronic conditions, doctor's precautions, and any difficulties with going out or daily living.
We assess your body
We check your posture, gait, joint movement, muscle strength, balance, and flexibility.
We explain the plan
We explain your current condition in plain language and share what kind of care and exercise you need.
Stretching and exercise
Rather than pushing hard, we combine stretching, light exercise, and movement practice suited to your body's condition.
Self-care for home
We teach self-care and exercises that you and your family can continue comfortably at home.
We review every session
Your body changes from day to day. We check your condition every time and adjust the content to match.

For Family
We support not only you, but your family too
In our home-visit service, we place importance not only on body care and exercise for the client, but also on explanations and support for the family.
We assess movements that cause anxiety in daily life — standing up, getting out of bed, walking, stairs, moving around — and suggest methods suited to the person's condition.
When family members provide care, we also share ways of moving that reduce their physical burden, and simple care routines that fit easily into daily life.
We explain specialized topics in plain language, so that the client and their family can face the body's needs with a shared understanding.
How we can help
- Assessment of daily movements: getting up, standing up, walking
- Consultation on anxiety about going out or using stairs
- Exercise suggestions you can do at home
- Simple body-care routines family members can also do
- Advice on body mechanics when assisting or caregiving
- Consultation on staying active after hospital rehabilitation ends
- Ongoing plans tailored to the person's condition
This service is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation at a medical institution. Depending on your symptoms or condition, we may ask you to consult a medical institution first.
